Laser Hair Removal

Pre & Post Care Instructions

Your smoothest skin starts with intentional care.
To ensure the safest and most effective results, follow these gentle rituals before and after your treatment.

 Before Your Laser Appointment

Prepare your skin like the goddess you are — calm, clean, and cared for.

 DO:

  • Shave the area 12–24 hours before your appointment

  • Keep your skin clean and dry – no lotions, oils, deodorants, or makeup on the area

  • Stay hydrated – hydrated skin responds better to laser

  • Wear loose, comfy clothing – especially if treating sensitive areas

  • Let us know about any medications, medical conditions, or recent skin treatments

 AVOID:

  • Sun exposure, tanning beds, or self-tanners for 2 weeks prior

  • Waxing, tweezing, or epilating for 4–6 weeks before (we need the hair root intact)

  • Strong active skincare products (like retinols, AHAs, BHAs) for 3–5 days prior on the treatment area

  • Exfoliation or scrubs 48 hours before

  • Alcohol and caffeine the day of (can make skin more sensitive)

 After Your Laser Appointment

Treat your skin with extra love post-treatment — it’s just done some inner work!

 DO:

  • Apply a gentle, soothing product like aloe vera or a fragrance-free moisturizer

  • Use SPF 30+ daily, especially on exposed treated areas

  • Stay cool — rest and avoid anything that heats up the skin for 24–48 hours

  • Pat dry gently after showering — avoid rubbing

  • Shave only between treatments (no waxing or plucking)

 AVOID:

  • Hot showers, baths, saunas, or steam rooms for 24–48 hours

  • Excessive sweating or workouts for 24 hours

  • Tight clothing that may irritate treated areas

  • Perfumed lotions, deodorants, or actives (like acids or retinols) for 2–3 days

  • Sun exposure or tanning for 2 weeks post-treatment

 What’s Normal:

  • Slight redness or a warm, sunburn-like sensation for a few hours

  • Occasional mild swelling around hair follicles

  • Some hairs may "shed" in the first 1–2 weeks — this is a good sign!

Botox Pre-Care & Post-Care Instructions

For your most radiant, relaxed results.
Botox is a gentle ritual — but following a few simple steps before and after treatment helps ensure the smoothest, most beautiful outcome.

 Pre-Treatment Care

We recommend preparing your skin and body 3–5 days before your appointment.

 DO:

  • Stay well-hydrated – glowy skin starts from within

  • Eat lightly before your appointment – no empty stomachs, please

  • Tell your injector if you're pregnant, breastfeeding, or taking any new medications

 AVOID:

  • Alcohol for 24 hours before – it can increase bruising

  • Blood-thinning medications or supplements for 3–5 days, if possible (like Aspirin, Ibuprofen, Vitamin E, Fish Oil, Ginkgo Biloba — always consult with your doctor first)

  • Facial treatments, waxing, or dermaplaning on the day of your Botox

  • Excess caffeine – it can heighten sensitivity

 Day-Of Vibes

Arrive with clean, makeup-free skin (or we’ll happily cleanse for you). Wear something comfy — you're in a safe, serene space here.

 Post-Treatment Care

Your glow will settle in over the next 3–14 days. Here’s how to help your results last and heal beautifully.

 DO:

  • Keep your head upright for 4 hours after treatment

  • Gently move your facial muscles – smiling, raising eyebrows, light expressions help the Botox settle

  • Apply a cold compress if you notice any minor swelling or bruising

  • Stay hydrated and rest – healing is self-care

 AVOID:

  • Rubbing, massaging, or touching the treated area for 24 hours

  • Makeup for 4–6 hours, ideally until the next morning

  • Exercise, saunas, or hot showers for 24 hours – heat can affect how the product settles

  • Facials, peels, lasers, or massages on your face for 7 days

  • Sleeping face-down the first night – try to sleep on your back

 What’s Normal?

  • Mild redness, tenderness, or tiny bumps at injection sites — usually gone within a few hours

  • Minor bruising (especially around the eyes/forehead)

  • Full results typically show within 10–14 days
